1) Login to your HayaCloset account.
1) Select your desired item along with the required services.
2) Add the item to Shopping bag.
3) Click on the ‘Proceed to checkout’ tab.
4) On the Checkout page, you need to select/enter your Billing & Shipping address.
5) Select a payment mode and click on ‘Place Order’ to complete the payment.
6) On successful order placement the Order ID will be generated and you will also receive an Order Confirmation Email from us.
When can I expect an item to get delivered?
Shipping time varies from product depending on products, Customers can check estimated shipping time on every products detail page on our website.
Domestic orders: The products ordered can be expected to be delivered within 5-7 days in major metro cities in India and can take anywhere between 8-10 days for other locations in India, from the time the order is confirmed.
International orders: Delivery outside India is expected to take up to 15 working days depending on the postal code and mode of shipping.
Please include 3-5 working days if you choose to have any type of customization or stitching in your order.
If there is any problem with my order, what do I do?
You should contact us immediately at
support@hayacloset.com or Whatsapp us. We will resolve the problem as quickly and effectively as possible.
Can I track the package once you ship it from India?
Yes, you would receive an email with the Airway Bill number of the courier once it is shipped, as well you can check the status of your product by login into your account. You would be able to track it with the respective courier.
Do you accept returns if I do not like the product?
We do believe in 100% Customer Satisfaction. We would always prefer to ensure that the products are up to our customer's expectations. If that is not the case, we will definitely accept the return and issue a 100% refund. However, in such cases return shipping charges have to be borne by the customer.
Returns would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing. However we would accept returns if there are any faults from our end.
HayaCloset Price Match Guarantee - Other websites have similar items at lower prices. Why?
At HayaCloset, we have a well-researched pricing policy and believe in offering the finest products at competitive prices. However, should you happen to chance upon your chosen product being displayed at a lower price in any other site, we will match it.
How you can Claim the Matched Price?
Take a snapshot of original product from HayaCloset with price mentioned.
Take another snapshot of the competitor's price of the same product.

We will check all details and if the product is authentic you will be sent a revised custom payment link of matched price.
Price match is not applicable on any Stitching Charges.
In case of price match, clubbing of any other live promotion or, discount will depend on case to case basis.
How safe is my order during transit?
We use renowned courier services like DHL, Green Dot, Blue Dart etc and they always ensure the safety of your order. All the parcels are insured and in case the parcel is lost in transit due to some unforeseen circumstances, we replace the order.
Can Billing Address and Shipping Address be different?
Yes. Billing and Shipping address can be different. While billing address should match the on record address of the respective bank / credit card company, shipping address may vary.
Can I add multiple shipping address for one order?
While we would have wished to, however, only one shipping address can be put against an order. You need to place different order(s) for different shipping address(s).
Do we have to pay Custom Duty charges?
Every time when an item crosses an international border from one country to another, it is subject to these charges by the importing country's rules and regulations.
Charges such as Custom or Import Duties, VAT, Local Sales Tax, Clearance charges are not in our or any seller's control and are determined by the respective local government bodies.
What do you mean by Ready to Ship?
Ready To Ship refers to the items which are ready to be dispatched within 1-2 day of order placement. The additional days required to deliver the item to your doorstep is around 6-7 business days depending on your delivery location and prevailing import norms.
Please note that we would need an additional 4 days in case you opt for any sort of Customization.
What to you mean by Un-Stitched / Semi-Stitched / Ready To Wear / Made to Measure?
Dress material(unstitched) implies unstitched fabric only. The fabric will have to be stitched as per your requirement. You can get the same stitched by opting for our stitching services, else you can also get the outfit stitched at your end as well.
Semi-stitch implies unstitched fabrics in which styles are pre-constructed with pre-defined neck styles, sleeve style, sleeve length, neck depths & outfit length. You need to get such products stitched as per your requirements.
Ready to wear (standard stitching) implies customizing the outfit in as shown style based on bust size only. All other parameters are in accordance with the size chart.
Made to measure(custom tailoring) option involves customizing the outfit with a detailed personalized measurements and specifications like Fit (Ex - Waist, Arm hole, Shoulder etc.), Style (Ex - Neck Style, Sleeve Style etc.) and Adornment (Ex - Tassels, Fancy Hangings etc.)
How to wear a pre-stitched saree?
Pre-stitched saree makes saree wearing as simple as it can be. These sarees are already draped according to customer’s measurement and its just like putting on a skirt, without the fuss of tucking, pleating and adjusting the pallu length.
In a Pre-stitched saree, the pleats are stitched as per customer’s waist size and it is closed with Hooks along with margin for future adjustments. Petticoat is stitched along with the saree.
How authentic is your product ? / Will I get items as shown in the item images ? / I am concerned about quality, can you please assure about the quality of your products ?
We deal in 100% genuine, authentic and quality products. You will get the items as shown in the website. However, slight color variation might be possible due to digital photography and screen resolution.
We do have a stringent quality control process in place. Every item goes through the quality check process before shipment. You can be rest assured about the quality of the products.
I am not able to use my credit / debit card to make the purchase. Why?
This may happen due to the following reasons:-
1) Incorrect details of Credit Card
2) Credit Card declined from Credit Card Company/Bank
3) Crossed Excess Credit limit available on your Credit Card
4) Credit Card Company doesn't allow Overseas transactions

I can see an additional amount charged in the statement. Why?
We never charge any additional amount other than the order value. However, certain banks do charge for International transactions which is beyond our control. Kindly get in touch with your bank for further clarification.
